Available shift: 3:00 p – 11:00 p.m.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Maintaining staff
• Overseeing patient care
• Ensuring adherence to established policies/procedures
• Assign and monitor staff activities
• Recruiting and training new personnel

Qualifications:

• BSN degree
• Active New Jersey RN license
• At least 4- 5 years Nursing experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing home
• At least some experience in the 3-11 p.m. shift
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and lead a team
