Recruit Secure is seeking a professional RN Unit Manager for a large (520 bed) 4-star rated Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn. The successful candidate will have experience as a Charge Nurse or Unit Manager and be responsible to handle all supervisory duties for a unit, ensuring quality of care; determine staffing loads; monitor training requirements, handle emergencies and act as main point of contact with administration, families and physicians.  Salary is commensurate with experience.  A full benefit package is included,  There are  many opportunities for growth at this facility.

Qualifications:

• BSN degree
• Active New York RN license
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team
