Recruit Secure is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a large (520 bed) 4-star rated Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining staff, overseeing patient care, ensuring adherence to established policies/procedures, assign and monitor staff activities. Additionally, the Supervisor will help recruit and train new personnel.

Qualifications:
• BSN degree
• Active New York RN license
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Nursing Facility
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team
